Cupcake is a trend, so today’s post is a little bit different with some delicious pics.
On Halloween, we cooked some terrifying cupcakes, it’s easy and you can also cook them.
Here you’ve the recipe:
– This dough may be used to make a cake, muffin or for the cupcake, you’ll need:
3 eggs + 200 gr Sugar stir them and add 125 gr natural yogurt + 125ml sunflower oil, stir them and then add 200gr flour + 1/2 Royal baking powder + Cherry essence (you can add any essence, cherry it’s what I used) + green and purple coloring and stir all the ingredients together you’ll get the dough.
To make the chocolate dough, drop 50gr of flour and later add 50 gr of pure cacao.
– Buttercream: 250gr butter + 325gr sugar glaze + 2 dessertspoonful of milk + vanilla essence + red coloring and stir all together you’ll get the buttercream.
To decorate the cupcake, I used Fondant with a mold and my fingers to make them ghostly, the final touch with toppings.
