Stay healthy starting from the inside to the outside is more important than you think. All that really matters is invisible to the eye and noW more than ever you can notice that, in which all this crazy time we’re living with the covid19 quarantine.

So many people are worrying about their bodies most of the people are ashamed about them but not ashamed about their minds. What the hell is going wrong with you? Come on! Start from the inside to the outside practising Yoga you’ll feel the change from the very first session and I promise it is addictive. Yep, you heard me well about feeling good it’s an addictive emotion. Once you start seeing the changes on your body and your mind you’ll want more, it’s always challenging and the relax after this exercise is priceless. As the ancients said: Mens sana in corpore sano. Which means “a healthy mind in a healthy body”.
