The last week my friend Eva cooked this delicious three chocolate cake, her purpose is to get us fat this quarantine. 😂 Here I leave you the recipe, it s preatty easy but the only thing is that ypu need time to let the chocolate cold in order to put on top the other one without mixing them,so this is a cold cake.

Ingredients:

For the base:

–  Digestive cookies + melt butter. Oreo (just the black) + melt butter.

For the chocolates:

– Dark Cooking Chocolate: 1 black chocolate square special for deserts 150 gr + 250 ml of cream + 250 ml of milk + 50 gr of sugar + 1 sachet of powdered gelatin.

– Milk Cooking Chocolate: 1 black chocolate square special for deserts 150 gr + 250 ml of cream + 250 ml of milk + 50 gr of sugar + 1 sachet of powdered gelatin.

– White Cooking Chocolate: 1 black chocolate square special for deserts 150 gr + 250 ml of cream + 250 ml of milk + 50 gr of sugar + 1 sachet of powdered gelatin.

Preparation:

Prepare the base of cookies and mix  and squash the cookies you can also put it a bit on the oven to give it a crispy touch.

For the chocolate covers, mix all the ingredientes on a bol until the chocolate melts and start boiling to curdle in the mould.

IMPORTANT: Between each layer of chocolate you will need to wait to let it cold about 30 minutes aprox.

ADVICE: The second and third layer of chocolate put a spoon on the other side to put the chocolate on, this tip will help to not mix the chocolates.
